Federico Di Cesare is an Italian lawyer specialized in domestic and international tax law. His areas of specialization are in particular international taxation, corporate taxation and extraordinary transactions, taxation of large assets, transfer pricing and tax litigation.

He is author of numerous publications on tax matters. As an expert in the subject, he carries out teaching assignments on tax law at various universities.

He has been a member of the Bar Association of Rome since 2011 and works at the Macchi di Cellere Gangemi law firm.

He is a member of the Tax Commission established by the Council of the Bar of Rome and a member of the Tax&Legal Commission of AIFI (Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt).
