Emanuele Bardazzi’s areas of practice include general corporate matters and business transactions, with a special focus on M&A, private equity, commercial agreements, immigration and trademark matters. He regularly advises Italian and European companies in establishing and developing their presence in the United States, as he assists them in structuring their subsidiaries and protecting their intellectual property rights.
He focus on business immigration law helps foreign companies in obtaining U.S. working visas for their executives, managers and skilled workers. Emanuele also helps foreign investors and traders to obtain visas for themselves, for their employees and for their family members (E-1 and E-2 Visas). O-1 Visas and Green Cards are also well within his expertise.
Emanuele’s practice also focuses on the restaurant and retail industry as he helps entrepreneurs find and lease commercial spaces or purchase existing business and obtain all required permits to conduct their operations, including liquor and food establishment licenses.
He is an Italian attorney licensed to practice law both in Italy and in the United States. Emanuele has graduated from Pisa Law School, Italy, and then has received his U.S. law degree from Cardozo Law School in New York City (LL.M. 2013). Emanuele also holds masters in Italian corporate law and alternative dispute resolution.
Emanuele has commenced his carrier in Italy, where he has practiced law for over 12 years handling corporate matters and business litigation cases. After moving to the United States, Emanuele has worked 4 years as associate attorney in the New York offices of Herzfeld & Rubin P.C. Shortly thereafter, in March 2018, Emanuele has founded Bardazzi Law Pllc, a boutique law firm with offices in the Financial District of Manhattan, NY.
He is fluent in the Italian, English and Spanish languages.
