Dragan Nikolic specialises in commercial law (corporate), criminal law and representation of individuals in civil practices. Dragan has wide experience in assisting a variety of companies and financial institutions in various fields of activity: telecommunications, supply of utilities, security of persons and goods, construction industry, trade and hotel, unions, hospitals, advising local authorities and public sector enterprises. He also represents individuals in criminal matters, especially in the field of economic crime, and also in civil practices. In the previous course work Dragan had the opportunity to act before the International Court of Justice, with regard to the defence of those accused of war crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia.
Dragan lives and works in Pozarevac, Serbia, where he is the founder of his law firm. He studied in the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, where he continued his postgraduate studies.
His mother tongue is Serbian, but he is fluent in English and Italian.
