Claudio Cipollini is an Italian lawyer specializing in commercial, real estate, and tax law.
Since 2009 he has been founding partner of Ricciardi & Cipollini – Studio Legale Associato (La Spezia – Milan – Genoa) where he has gained significant experience in tax litigation, foreign debt recovery, advice on tax incentives, extraordinary transactions and real estate transactions.
He graduated in law with honors from the University of Pisa in 2005 and obtained a Ph.D in law from Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands, in 2019.
Claudio is enrolled in the Bar Association of La Spezia since 2008 and is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court and other higher juries since 2018.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Florence and a Research Fellow at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He was contract professor of European Taxation Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (academic year 2017/18).
He is the author of a monograph entitled “Special Tax Zones and EU Law. Theory, Implementations and Future Challanges” published by Wolters Kluwer International (2019), as well as numerous publications on tax law in the main journals of the sector also at international level.
He is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and of the Chamber of Tax Advocates of Milan.
Claudio is a native Italian speaker and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
