Branko Skerlev has been practicing as a lawyer since 2003 and has a substantial experience in the areas of banking, finance, capital markets and corporate law. He represents respective number of national and international clients involving financing, M&A, general corporate matters and debt restructuring. He also provides services to leading Croatian private equity and venture capital funds on a regular basis.

He is a contractual partner at Bradvica, Marić, Wahl & Cesarec Law Firm. Previously, he gained experience both in private and public sector as an in-house in a Croatian leading alternative asset manager and working for Croatian Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation Agency. Through his career he also held positions both in judiciary and law firms.

Branko is a cum laude graduate of the Zagreb Law Faculty and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the same faculty.

He is regular lecturer on Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and a member of AIJA (the International Association of Young Lawyers).

Branko speaks Croatian, English and has a basic knowledge of German language.
