Alessandro Mazzi is an International Legal Consultant based in Amsterdam who specializes in tech startups, international contracting, Intellectual Properties, Data Management, Blockchain projects and Initial Coin Offerings.
Alessandro graduated in law at Bocconi University in Milan, and spent a semester as an international student at the University of Queensland, Australia. His studies were mainly focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Law. Before starting his own practice in 2015, Alessandro has apprenticed for a Chinese Law Firm in 2012 as well as for the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in 2013. At a later stage, he worked as a Foreign Clerk for Minter Ellison Law Firm in Brisbane Australia, and as in-house Legal Counsel at Dashmote, an Artificial Intelligence startup in Amsterdam.
After experiencing startup’s successes and struggles Alessandro decided to open its own firm mainly focusing on advising innovative young companies during their growth through professional and strategic business legal advice.
Alessandro is a native Italian speaker, professionally fluent in English and fluent in Spanish.
