Francesco Salesia is an Italian lawyer experienced in real estate, international commercial law, corporate law and bankruptcy law. He also deals with successions and torts.
He operates both in extrajudicial cases and in court as well as in international arbitration. He also deals with enforcement in Italy of foreign judgments and foreign awards, and with the collection of evidence in international rogatories for use abroad.
Graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Florence he attended, among others, the Academy of International Private Law in The Hague.
He is admitted to the Bar of Florence since 1989.
He has served as National Representative for Italy of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and since 2006 is the Honorary Vice President of the same association.
