Para reconocer esta indemnizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">es necesario&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">que el agente haya<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> incrementado el n\u00famero de clientes\u202f&nbsp;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">o <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202flas operaciones con&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">los preexistentes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:150,&quot;335559740&quot;:330}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Analizar la importancia de&nbsp;esos&nbsp;clientes a la hora de&nbsp;seguir&nbsp;aportando&nbsp;ventajas al empresario<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">u recurrencia,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">su<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;fidelidad (al empresario y no al agente), la tasa de migraci\u00f3n (cu\u00e1ntos seguir\u00e1n con el empresario al concluir el contrato<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">con el agente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En efecto,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;Ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil hablar de \u201cclientela\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">si solo ha habido<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;clientes espor\u00e1dicos, ocasionales, no recurrentes (o poco) o que&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">seguir\u00e1n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;permaneciendo&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fieles a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;agente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;y no al empresario<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:300}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo se queda el agente al terminar el contrato&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00bf<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">P<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">odr\u00e1 hacer<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;competencia al empresario o&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hay restricciones en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;el&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">contrato<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">?
