Enrico Storari is an Italian lawyer specialized in the automotive sector, distribution contracts and family law.
He graduated from the University of Bologna in 1997 and has been a member of the Bar Association of Verona since 2001. Since 2017 he is a partner of Macchi di Cellere Gangemi Law Firm (Verona).
Over the past 16 years he has worked principally in the Automotive sector, providing legal advice and assistance to leading car, truck and bus manufacturers and dealing with the distribution and sale of vehicles at national and European levels.
He is responsible for handling litigation in relation to the abuse of a dominant position, antitrust law and other disputes where the relationship between suppliers and distributors has broken down.
Enrico also deals with all issues related to product liability, product safety and consumer protection, and provides consistently highly-quality assistance in relation to contractual disputes, including cross-border litigation.
He also has considerable expertise in family law and inheritance and has, for many years, been a member of one of the most renowned associations in Italy for the rights of the family and minors (AIAF).
