Beatriz is a Partner at Galindo, Arias & López with extensive experience in Corporate/M&A, Regulatory, Government Contracts and Public Procurement, and Data Protection & Security. She leads the firm’s Personal Data Protection practice and advises local and multinational clients across Telecommunications, Media & Technology, Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Commerce sectors. Skilled in coordinating complex due diligence processes, structuring and negotiating share and asset deals, and representing clients in regulatory proceedings before Panamanian authorities.

She obtained her LL.M. at the National University of Singapore (2008), an LL.M. in Global Economics with a specialization in Commercial Law between Asia and the United States at New York University, Singapore (2008), a postgraduate degree in Labor Law at Santa María La Antigua Catholic University (USMA), Panama—Summa Cum Laude (2008), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law & Political Science at Santa María La Antigua Catholic University (USMA), Panama—Magna Cum Laude (2006).She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
